Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project & Account Manager to drive our enterprise client relationships and professional services growth. 

This role combines strategic account management with service development, requiring someone who can both maintain excellent client relationships and help scale our enterprise service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Growth

  • Manage enterprise client relationships from initial contact through ongoing service delivery
  • Lead client onboarding processes for both software and service offerings
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies
  • Conduct regular client reviews and strategy sessions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts

Service Development

  • Help develop and standardize our enterprise service offerings
  • Create and optimize service delivery workflows
  • Define and document best practices for client management
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies
  • Identify new service opportunities based on client needs

Project Management

  • Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Monitor project KPIs and create performance reports

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of digital marketing project management experience
  • B2/C1 level in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven track record in agency or client-facing roles
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Digital marketing strategies and tactics
    • Analytics and reporting
    • Project management methodologies
    • Client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with service development and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Team lead or project lead experience 
  • Agency background managing multiple clients
  • Experience with SaaS or software companies
  • Knowledge of:
    • Google Analytics and marketing tools
    • E-commerce 
    • SEO and digital marketing
  • Experience with enterprise software implementation
