Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Front-End Developer to join our 3-person front-end team. You'll play a key role in developing Shopify applications and front-end projects, while also contributing to our existing SaaS products. This role is crucial for expanding our Shopify ecosystem presence and enhancing our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces for our SaaS products
• Build AI-powered features and integrations using modern AI/LLM APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with the product team to implement new features and improve existing functionality
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Contribute to the development of our custom CMS and marketing platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of professional front-end development experience
• Strong proficiency in:
  • React.js
  • TypeScript
  • GraphQL
  • React Router
  • Version control (Git)
• B2 level proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and documentation
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of AI application architecture and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Team lead or project lead experience 
• Experience with Shopify app development
• Previous work on Shopify front-end projects
• Experience with Shopify's Polaris design system
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices
• Previous experience building with the help of AI-powered applications
• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI development practices
