Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior PHP Laravel Developer who is eager to grow and learn from experienced engineers.

You’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of admin panels, SaaS dashboards, and ERP-like systems built with Laravel Blade and Filament.

This position is ideal for an engineer with solid PHP and Laravel foundations who wants to gain real-world experience building production-grade applications — and grow into a backend, data, or ERP engineer role in the future.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Laravel-based admin panels and internal dashboards
• Work with Filament components to create efficient, scalable interfaces
• Collaborate with mid-level and senior developers on feature implementation
• Participate in code reviews and learn modern software development practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and document code
• Contribute to improving internal tools and workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of PHP/Laravel development experience (internship or freelance acceptable)
• Basic understanding of Laravel Blade and MVC architecture
• Familiarity with Filament or similar admin panel frameworks (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of database structures and relationships (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Basic Git and version control knowledge
• English proficiency: B1 minimum, C1 preferred (internal documentation and communication in English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with admin panels, ERP systems, or SaaS dashboards
• Exposure to GraphQL APIs or direct database integrations
• Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred

• Salary: $1,200–$1,600 (net, per month) (Can be adjusted after 3–6 months depending on performance and role fit)
